How do we communicate?

I communicate with all of my clients via email. Depending on the process stage, we may have a face-to-face meeting or a video call.

What is the project time frame?

I will tell you the timing will depend on each project, the date of the shoot/s, and the speed at which I receive information from you in the briefing stage. I deliver photos within ten working days after the production.

What is the collaboration process that will take place?

1. Knowing your brand - To kick things off, I like to share a questionnaire with my clients to learn more about their brand, challenges, and objectives.

2. Proposals - Moodboarding is a tool I use to present two different proposed concepts with aesthetic references, including lighting, composition, and sketches.

3. Pre-production and Photoshoot - Once a direction is agreed upon and the proposal is approved, the photo session begins! Depending on requirements, the shoot will be in my studio, on-site with the client, or at other required locations.

4. Deliverables - For the final step of the process, I edit and deliver the photos, be they high-resolution photographs for print or customized sizes and dimensions for digital usage.

What are your prices?

My prices depend on the type of work, amount of photographs, and project duration. I send my clients three package options where I include different content proposals.

I also work with long-term clients, delivering photos and video content monthly. Minimum of 3 months per project.

If you only need documentary photography of your distillation process, the price will depend on the hours to be worked and locations.

I know every client has different needs, so that we can adjust packages according to your brand's requirements.

Would you happen to offer a payment plan?

I do! I require a 50% deposit before commencing the project and the final 50% once all the material is delivered. If you need the payment deposited in more than two parts, the total amount increases by 3%

How many pictures will I receive?

You'll receive between 3-300 photographs depending on the purchased package. For example, I deliver 200-300 images in a package that includes on-site documenting processes. Depending on your requirements, you'll receive between 3-50 shots for studio photography.

Where are you located?

For process photography, I can travel to your company's location. I can receive the product in Australia | USA | Mexico and take the pictures in my studio for studio photography.
