I came across Dos Hojas Microgreens more than two years ago, and I was instantly drawn in. Meagan’s way of growing microgreens—respecting the natural cycle of each leaf and using recyclable packaging—feels more like a philosophy than just farming. Her care, patience, and passion for every sprout are truly inspiring.

Before working with her, I was already hooked on her products. Back when I lived in Oaxaca, her microgreens were part of my everyday routine—blended into my juices, added to meals, and sprinkled over salads. Photographing her process felt like a natural extension of my own love for real ingredients, sustainability, and plant-based living.

Now, as a food and product photographer in Melbourne, I collaborate with ethical brands, sustainable food producers, and conscious businesses to tell their stories through honest, natural imagery.
